Our client, a global alternative investment management firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join their NYC office. The hours are 8am-5pm (flex for OT) and this is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and screen phone linesRestock pantry and kitchenOrder and maintain office suppliesManage mail and packagesSchedule and manage conference roomsPerform fundamental administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Degree required2-3+ years of experience, preferably in financeKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Customer service oriented professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:
