Manages visitor access, office logistics and functionality for a multi-floor corporate building under the supervision of the Reception & General Services Coordinator.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesReception & Administrative Support:Welcomes visitors, manages meeting room reservations, and arranges refreshments.Organizes mail and package distribution, including express shipments.Oversees office supplies and stock replenishment (stationery, coffee, cleaning products).Arranges catering and logistics for corporate events and meetings.Coordinates hotel and apartment bookings for employees.Schedules bank vehicle maintenance and servicing.

Facilities & General Services:Ensures the functionality and cleanliness of two 7-floor buildings.Organizes event setups.

Security & Compliance:Controls visitor access, NDA signatures, and badge management.Manages alarm responses and video surveillance.

ProfileSecondary school diploma or equivalent.3 to 5 years' experience in a similar or general services role, ideally in the banking or institutional sector.Residence in Switzerland required.Fluent in Spanish, English and French required. Portuguese and Arabic are an asset; all other languages will be highly valued.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Sense of customer service and ability to solve problems effectively.Team spirit and flexibility.Understanding of risk management and regulatory issues.Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
