Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Greet persons entering organization Direct persons to correct destination General administrative and clerical support Schedule reservations of conference halls Tidy and maintain the reception area. Organize drivers’ work
 

Education and Experience:

University degree Experience in administrative area would be a plus Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Excel) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Fluent English
