Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team in Washington, DC for 2-3 months, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* Deliver top tier customer service and coordinate office operations.
* Maintain a best-in-class work environment in a highly visible role.
* Open the office, receive/distribute mail, and coordinate with vendors.
* Provide administrative support for various projects and events.
* Manage the database is accurate, update records, and generate documents.
* Support the office and the executive assistants with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of reception and office coordination experience are required.
* Ability to provide top notch customer service to employees and visitors.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
* $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 2-3 months.
* Starting ASAP!
* 100% onsite from 8am-5pm.
* Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
