Receptionist – Short Term Coverage

We are actively recruiting temporary receptionists to support various locations with immediate, short term, administrative coverage needs. Work environments vary in size and pace, so we are seeking flexible, kind, and caring individuals who can provide essential front-desk and administrative support.
About the Role As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring strong multitasking skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering and directing phone calls, including handling inquiries and messagesGreeting and screening visitors before allowing entryAssisting with general inquiries and minor first-aid tasks (e.g., providing ice packs, making calls as needed)Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing letters, and managing Excel documentsUsing PowerSchool for attendance and records (training provided)Supporting staff with general office dutiesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and organizational skillsAdaptability and patience in a busy front-desk environmentAbility to manage a high volume of phone calls and walk-in inquiriesBasic administrative skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)Prior experience in reception or administration is requiredAbility to obtain a Vulnerable Sector CheckIf you are available immediately and eager to step into a fast-paced receptionist role, please apply today!
