Our Receptionist will successfully ensure that external and internal visitors have a friendly, professional greeting and a good first impression of the Service Center. Provide excellent customer service that represents OD professionally in a diverse environment. Responsibilities: + Screen visitors and allow facility access or notify employee of their presence + Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and sign for incoming packages + Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner on a multi-line telephone + File and respond to emails in a timely manner + Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Qualifications: + High School Degree or equivalent preferred. + 1 year of office experience, preferably in the transportation industry + Proficiency Microsoft Office + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Detail oriented with the ability to multi task + Strong interpersonal skills Compensation Range: The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level. ($19.48-$21.94) Working Days: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday, Working Shift: Shift and hours to be determined.
