**Receptionist II** - Front Desk Receptionist **Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Receptionist II - Medical Front Desk Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting patients, collecting copays, filing insurance information, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. **Job Specifications** : - Job Type: Contract to Hire- Part time - Company: LIGHTHOUSE PHYSICAL THERAPY - Location: 1 Cate St, Portsmouth, NH 03801 - Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour -Schedule Tuesday & Thursday 8-4:30 pm **Roles and Responsibilities** : - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals - Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive for their appointments - Collect copays from patients and accurately complete the balance form at the end of each day - File insurance information as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling mail Undestanding of HIPPA **Qualifications & Skills:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and patient information **Opportunities:** - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization - Potential for career advancement and professional development - Collaborative and supportive work environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
