Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist/HR Support position in St. Albans, VT. Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm. **Responsibilities of Receptionist/HR Support:** + Receive visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and security sign in + Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls + Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email + Receiving, sorting, and preparing outgoing mail daily; may need to drive to the post office occasionally + Keep updated records such as training spreadsheet, material disbursements, chocolate donations + Order and maintain inventory of office supplies + Create badges for visitors/vendors + Assist HR with administrative duties + Maintain filing and electronic filing of documents + Assist other departments with administrative duties as requested + Order group meals as requested **Requirements for Receptionist/HR Support:** + High ability to work independently + Great communication and reliability skills + Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter + Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word/Excel + Able to work in a team environment + High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 years’ experience Click on Apply Now to be considered for this Receptionist/HR Support job in St. Albans, VT **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
