ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nWelcoming guests as soon as they arrive and making them feel welcome\nConnecting visitors with the appropriate person or office\nAnswering calls in a timely manner, taking messages, and redirecting calls\nManaging phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies\nSetting a positive atmosphere: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and providing basic and accurate information\nSpecial requests: Dealing with special requests from guests, such as answering questions about the area or dealing with complaints\nMaintain a tidy and organized reception area and breakroom.\nProvide administrative support to employees\nHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nAssist with ad-hoc projects.\nMaintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.\nProvide excellent customer service.\nMaintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.\nMaintain accurate records of phone calls, visitors, badge activations\nBe at your desk ready to work at your scheduled time\nSubmit monthly numbers, accomplishments and opportunities at the end of month to your direct manager\nFollow all SLAs\nTo ensure that all Lobby areas, including the reception, meeting rooms seating area, corridors and public spaces are presentable at all times if needed\nHelp with Security, because you are positioned in the area where people arrive and leave, front office executives are well-stationed to be \"eyes and ears\"\nOther duties as assigned by management\n\n

Qualifications:\n
\n\nReliable Transportation\nOutstanding Attendance\nCustomer service and\/or office related experience preferred.\nBasic mathematical skills.\nDemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.\nStrong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.\nHandle multiple projects at one time.\nAble to meet deadlines.\nLifting up to 50 lbs.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to exhibit Executive customer service\n
