About Role
Position Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and employees. They will be the first point of contact for the company, handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services. Schedule and manage conference room bookings and assist in setting up for meetings. - Keep track of office inventory and place orders for office supplies when needed. - Keep a record of employee attendance and process all leave requests. -Coordinate with building management for any facility-related issues. - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. - Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.The base salary range for this role is $55,000-$60,000.
