Receptionist


Front Desk Receptionist needed in Hillsdale for an accounting firm. The company is willing to hire for both full and part-time schedules. Starting pay is $16-$18 based on experience. This is a temp-to-direct opporutnity.

Receptionist Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Processing payroll.Data entryScheduling appointmentsCustomer serviceAssist accountants with clerical tasks.Using Microsoft Office and Thomson Reuter Software.Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmDuring tax season will be working Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm.The company is open to hiring someone looking for part-time work.The position is a 520-hour trial hire.Benefits, vacation, and PTO time available once hired in direct.

Receptionist Qualifications:

Associate’s degree preferred but High School diploma or GED required.Proficient in Microsoft Office.QuickBooks experience would be a plus.Must have previous administrative experience and a strong work history.Comfortable working extra hours during tax season.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
