Automotive Dealership Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting with their inquiries. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership.Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments.Manage appointment scheduling for sales and service departments.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Process customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service.Handle cash and process transactions accurately as needed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred, ideally in an automotive setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Join us at Audi of Minneapolis and be a part of a team that values customer satisfaction and teamwork!
