Overview Catholic Health Physicians Practices strives to deliver clinically excellent medical care to our patients. We are looking for Receptionist for our team who will provide the highest quality of patient care by being an integral part of the clinical team. Provides administrative support by scheduling patient appointments, answering phone calls and assisting with insurance verification while also assisting in all office workflow functions, ordering supplies and oversight. Job Details Responsibilities: Assist in insurance verification for all patients Maintains the program shared drive Schedule patient visits Maintains accurate filing/record keeping systems Orders equipment and supplies as needed for the daily function of the office Qualifications: Excellent typing skills Proficient in Word and Excel; Power Point preferred Strong organizational skills Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others and function in a team oriented environment Two (2) years related experience; healthcare preferred Salary Range USD $19.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
