Salary Rate: $17 to $20 depending on experience

Shift: 7:45 am to 5:00 pmAre you a personable and organized professional looking to contribute to a dynamic team? We are hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. This role involves greeting visitors, managing communication, and providing top-notch administrative support.What you will be doing:Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and notify appropriate staff members of their arrivalAnswer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff memberReceive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveriesPerform administrative and clerical support tasksRetrieve information from records, email, and other documents and prepare written summaries when neededRespond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questionsAssist in processing work orders and billingCoordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for leadershipPrepare agendas and schedules for meetingsMaintain stock of safety and office supplies and restock kitchen supplies as neededKeep the reception area and common areas clean and tidyPerform other related duties as assignedWhat is Required:Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferredPrevious experience in an administrative receptionist roleProfessional communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEffective organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAvailability to maintain a consistent work schedule from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through FridayBenefits and Perks:Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insuranceWeekly payment processingFull-time opportunityYour Career Partner:The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, connects exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
