We are looking to hire an individual to fill a unique role on our team. This is newly created hybrid position with a mix of duties covering Reception, Health Unit Coordinator and C.N.A. This position will work Monday through Friday. Strong organizational skills, excellent computer skills and outstanding patient care qualities required.
What you will do in this role:
Greets patients and visitorsAnswers phones transfers incoming callsManages front lobby area- contacts appropriate departments to ensure packages are being delivered, orders supplies, manages inventory of durable medical equipmentAssists Health Unit Coordinators with admissions and dischargesManages the external appointment logSchedules and adds new external appointments for patientsSchedules transportation and work with family members for assistanceAttends appointments with patients when neededManages patients' belongings closetAssists with meal tray delivery and in hospital patient transportationSupports administration team by:Tracking compliance on different issuesScheduling external interviewsAssisting with New Employee OrientationSupports Quality Initiatives for the Nursing teamOther duties as assignedWhat we offer:
