Looking for seasonal holiday work? Lionbridge is looking for a 1–2-month Reception – Administrative Assistant. Enjoy a multicultural environment and a creative, flexible team. Responsibilities include administrative support, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling. Ideal candidates have at least one year of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Greet and sign-in visitors.
+ Follow visitor and employee protocols.
+ Coordinate with and support management in administrative tasks.
+ Answer phone calls and emails.
+ Other job duties as needed.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
+ At least 1 year experience working in an administrative role.
+ Organization and planning experience.
+ Research experience.
