WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RECEPTIONIST Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails. Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process. Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks. Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties. Greet residents and visitors and provides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants Schedule appointments, complete follow-up on service requests File documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requeste Provide general administrative support to office Miscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned COMPENSATION $17 - $18 / hour with an annual bonus that is tied to performance #rmc #AFFEASTCTMA Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is required High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong oral and written communication skills Must be detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks. A highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
