About You
We are looking for someone who is personable self-starter with the ability to project a positive ‘can do’ professional attitude at all times maintaining good working relationships. Someone is able to establish excellent working rapport within the team, business and with clients, with the ability to work under pressure.
In the role of Receptionist, we'll count on you to:Answering and directing calls via the SwitchboardBooking and assisting with 28 meeting room spacesMeeting and greeting all guests and showing them to their meeting roomOpening and distributing postAssisting with Admin inbox Maintaining weekly Fire warden / first aid schedule for London Assisting with locker allocations / maintenance Assisting with office events / Town Hall set ups etcOrganising and logging CPD’s Booking and clearing meeting rooms Assisting with booking travel for staff as required Ordering and keeping supplies stocked for London office Binding office documents Ensuring notice boards are relevant and up to date Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multitask a must Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook Ability to handle confidential information Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
