Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Receptionist in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities for the Receptionist include but are not limited to:
+ Handle incoming and inter-office phone calls. Take down vendor information and route to appropriate party.
+ Provide customer service to, LABO staff, vendors, and visitors to reception areas. Maintain a friendly and professional environment in reception.
+ Categorize and assign work requests and assist CP Staff in maintaining tracking logs, and other administrative duties as assigned.
+ Locate office personnel as needed.
+ Assist with mail room- handling vendors picking up and dropping off samples.
+ Assist in managing conference room calendars.
+ Assist in special projects in support of CP as assigned.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Receptionist:
+ Minimum 1-year experience in a face paced lobby environment, answering phones, assisting visitors, and staff. Ability to prioritize demands.
+ Strong emphasis on customer service, both via the phone and in person, to both internal and external customers.
+ Ability to provide a positive environment in the reception area and always maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
+ Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs and systems.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
