Lyneer is seeking a professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate person or department.Answer and manage phone calls, directing them as needed or taking messages.Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Collect, sort, and manage incoming mail and packages.Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining records.Provide administrative support to team members by answering questions and facilitating meetings.Assist with maintaining security by managing guest sign-ins and validating parking.Process invoices, track payments, and perform light bookkeeping tasks.Occasionally provide office tours to visitors.Qualifications and Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Strong communication and customer service skills.Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.Familiarity with basic office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and managing mail.Basic knowledge of financial record-keeping, including invoicing and processing payments.Pay and Shift:
Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM$19.00 - $20.00
