Receptionist (Temporary)

Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch; 37.5 hours/week)
Pay: $21-$24 an hour depending on expereince, parking is not coverd with this role.
Duration: Temporary (2 months, with month-to-month extension based on need)
Availability Requirements: Must be available through the holidays (December 24th - close at 3 PM, December 25th - closed, December 31st - close at 3 PM, January 1st - closed).

ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while following visitor protocols.Manage meeting room bookings for guests and events.Assist with catering needs and event preparations.Support expense tracking and reporting using spreadsheets.Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in customer service.Personality: Friendly, approachable, and polished, ensuring an excellent first impression.Commitment: Reliable and available through the holiday schedule.
