Our client, a global industrial company, is seeking an Office Services Assistant/Receptionist to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5:30pm/6pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, oversee building visitor list, and welcome guestsUpdate meeting room booking calendars and schedule meetings as necessaryReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail/deliveriesAssist Human Resources with onboarding and offboardingTake inventory of all supplies and place orders for pantry and office suppliesAssist with internal event set up: set up/clear conference roomsLiaise with building management for repairs, maintenance, and room temperature checks

Qualifications:

Degree preferred2+ years' experience in a reception or client facing capacityStrong communication skills and ability to take initiativeDetail oriented team player with a customer service mindsetMust be able to life 25lbs

Compensation/Benefits:
