ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nServes visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.\nNotifies company personnel of visitor arrival.\nMaintains security and telecommunications system.\nInforms visitors by answering or referring inquiries.\nDirects visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.\nMaintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.\nOperates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.\nKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.\nSupports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.\nBe able to direct and assist client customers to the correct departments or local contacts.\n\n

QUALIFIFCATIONS: \n
\n\n\n

Good communication skills.\n\n\n

Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.\n\n\n

Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.\n\n\n

Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.\n\n\n

Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.\n\n\n

Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.\n\n\n

Basic Office 365 knowledge (comfortable using word,excel and powerpoint)\n\n\n
