ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery and pick up throughout floors to and from mailroom-Deliver print work as needed.Audit and update mail lists as neededSupport confidential document shredding in accordance with stated policy.Arrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings, lunches, and various eventsMeeting room setup and breakdown including moving chairs and small tablesCollaborate and handle special projects for event and/or meeting room setupsPrepare large volume print requests and finishing to colleague specificationsQuality check all print work to ensure accuracyUse of high speed MFD’s (multi-function devices)Provide service, colleague support and 1st level maintenance for MFD’sMonitor office for facilities related issues such as lights outages, carpet stains, wall damage, etc. and report accordingly.Ensure conference rooms have adequate supplies and replenish as neededSubmit works requests for coffee machinesDistribute firm wide distributions as needed, desk dropsPost client signage as requested in designated areasArrange conference rooms as needed for meetings to include beverage and food set-upsCover reception desk at Northfield site from 8 AM to 4:30 PMOrder food for meetings as requestedClean conference rooms following meetingsMonitor clean desk policy for complianceFirst level audio/visual equipment check prior to scheduled meeting time, utilize established checklistCheck and refresh lobbyProvide meeting support for onsite client meetings and eventsReport issues with audio/visual equipment to ensure quick resolutionAssist other OSA’s as needed to meet demandWork overtime as needed to assist with special projectsAll duties as assignedMust assist in supporting all service lines in addition to primary role

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.    General knowledge of audio/visual equipment     High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Copier/fax knowledgeBasic computer skills

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $20.00 - $21.00
