Job Description:

Epiq is seeking a customer service focused receptionist to provide white glove service at our client location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front officeAnswer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate personTake accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailablePromptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like mannerMaintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby areaOrder and stock supplies as neededConference room set-up and clean-up for meetings and eventsOther administrative duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a professional setting or as a receptionistAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacyWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 16.05 to 20.07 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
