ConGobal, the go-to expert for multimodal, industrial terminal operations, is seeking to fill a receptionist within its technology team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for on-site inquiries in-person and via phone. This role will support the Odessa, FL office through various administrative and on-site support duties. This role will be responsible for managing the clerical needs of the office, plus coordinating meeting logistics while assisting with inventory and procurement. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities Greet and direct all visitors, customers, vendors, and/or applicantsCoordinate the ordering, receiving, and stocking of office suppliesAssist with travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, coordinating luncheon orders for meetings, as neededAnswer the Corporate office main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate team membersSort and distribute incoming correspondence; coordinate the delivery and pick-up of special packages (UPS/Fed-Ex).Assist with outgoing shipping and supports product inventory functions.Assist with data entry projects to include inventory and procurement.Completes other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma; Some college education preferred.Previous experience in working front desk/receptionist role (1 – 3 years).Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information.Outstanding phone etiquette.Friendly disposition over the phone and in person.Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
