Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding the organization’s services.Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.Ensure security by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.Handle basic inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and printers.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional appearance and demeanor.Experience in customer service or front-desk operations preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and handle unexpected tasks.
