The Receptionist/Admin Specialist will be responsible for providing coverage both in person reception and answering enquiries by incoming phone calls. In addition to that, the receptionist needs to provide support on HR/Admin jobs. The Receptionist is a member of the HR/Admin team. This position reports directly to HR Manager, Ningbo.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

external guests, meeting room setup and office 5S, etc.Manage vendors for security, canteen and office cleaning to maintain a good environment and service to the staff.Fill hourly positions (both contractor and regular employees) based on AOP and production needs.Facilitate and follow up on the process of onboarding, probation, contract renewals, termination, dismissals, and new employee orientation training, etc.Maintain personnel files (HRIS, job history, contract, training records, probation appraisal form, retirement and social security documentation, leave records and details of illness, absences, etc.).Maintain attendance records and other reports as needed.Support HR manager to plan and organize employee activities.Support HR manager on training activities and maintain training records.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, English, administrative management or related field.3-5 years’ experience in relevant roles.Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast-pace environment.Detail-orientated with a growth mindset.English proficiency is a plus.
