Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking an authentic and positive Front Office Coordinator to greet employees, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is curious in nature and truly excited about joining our fast-growing company.

ResponsibilitiesAct as Tier 1 incident management for our US offices by intaking, responding to, and rerouting or resolving all reported incidentsManage the temporary access card process for employees and vendorsManage employee access requests for those visiting from another office locationCreate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests by assisting them with the sign-in process using our visitor management platform, Traction GuestManage general email correspondenceBe a helpful resource for our employee baseManage incoming mail and packages, including daily retrieval from the building mailroom and logging into the delivery tracking systemReview internal operations calendar and meeting reporting to maintain awareness of in-office activitiesCreate new and maintain existing process documentation as needed to ensure consistent programming and team operationsAccept catering deliveries and communicate with meeting hosts as neededProvide general office and team support as neededEssential Skills0-2 years of relevant experienceA passion for customer serviceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to interact at all levels with internal and external clients in a professional, thoughtful mannerAbility to work well both as a member of a team and independentlyAbility to maintain a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the office/teamAbility to self-manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment with fluctuating office occupancyAbility to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, or bending) for extended periods of time and ability to lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs. as neededProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with administrative supportExperience in customer serviceExperience in data entryWork Environment

The position involves sitting at the front desk, where you will greet employees, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative and operational support. The role requires flexibility to accommodate the needs of the office and team. You will be working in a hybrid work environment with fluctuating office occupancy, where you may need to move throughout the facility and lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
