Looking for a receptionist in Winnipeg for a 1-month contract with potential of extension! If you are reliable, proactive, and friendly, apply below! 

This is a fully in-office opportunity, parking included.

Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly upon arrival, determine whom they are meeting, offer coffee or water, and promptly notify the advisor of their client’s arrival.Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier packages efficiently.Organize and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.Potentially answer and direct phone calls, depending on system access availability.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.Honest and trustworthy in handling client interactions and company materials.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer and administrative skills.Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is an asset but not required.
