Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a receptionist in Kailua Hawaii. You will be the first point of contact for the company.
Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with high stress situations in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include:
Greet and welcome guests.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Schedule in-person appointments as needed.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and fax machine.
Pay for this position is $20 per hour, hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F. Saturday 9:00 am t0 2:00 pm.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
