Job Description SummaryThis position embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/colleague/end user at the client site environment. Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and run errands within the site while maintaining professional composure throughout. Verbal and written communication skills are critical to being successful in this role as frequent interaction with customers or potential clients will be required.Job Description

This is a Temporary (3 months) position.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 8:00pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming incoming visitors, guests, and staff

• Guiding visitors to the appropriate destination

• Issuing badges for visitors and guests

• Providing escort to authorized vendors, when needed

• Provide directions to and from the client campus, when needed

• Coordinating with Facilities as required

• Making sure policies and procedures are being enforced (i.e.: log all visitors

• All duties as assigned

• Must assist in providing services in all service lines in addition to primary role when requested

• Maintain and arrange reception area (cleaning glass, removing trash and vacuuming entrance)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Customer service, receptionist, front desk services or security services experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple priorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to support shipping and receiving functions

• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time when required

• Experience solving basic technical problems

Special Skills:

• Bilingual preferred

• Ability to multi-task

• Good interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
