Receptionist to $80K - Opportunity in Brighton!
Respected and diverse corporate client is currently looking to hire a bright, polished and articulate Receptionist to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for daily coverage of the reception desk including welcoming and directing guests and visitors; answering and routing incoming telephone inquiries; monitoring and complying with security policies; distributing electronic faxes; coordinating conference room scheduling; assisting with the ordering and stocking of supplies; and participating in special projects as requested. The qualified Receptionist will have 5+ years of Front Office, Executive Assistant or Project/Team Coordination experience, have exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent telephone etiquette; must possess working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; and ideal candidates are diligent, reliable and will maintain a poised, even-keeled demeanor at all times.
