Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Irving, Texas to join our team in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will undertake duties including answering multi-line phone systems, customer service, data entry, and email correspondence along with basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors providing exceptional customer service • Execute data entry tasks with high degree of accuracy • Handle email correspondence promptly and with attention to detail • Conduct basic administrative duties such as organizing files and scheduling appointments • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks • Maintain a detail-oriented workspace and reception area • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficiency • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Requirements • Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication within the organization. • Demonstrated ability in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor at all times. • Experience in data entry, with a high level of precision and attention to detail. • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and with decorum, responding to inquiries promptly. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, input data, and use basic functions. • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, with experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling email correspondence. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents. • Experience in organizing files, ensuring that all documentation is stored and retrieved efficiently. • Ability to schedule appointments, managing the calendars of detail-oriented individuals within the organization effectively.
