Summary of Position
Reporting to the Regional HR Partner, the Receptionist in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is the first point of contact within the office environment and is required to maintain front desk reception. Duties will include switchboard operation, greeting and directing deliveries and visitors, and scheduling appointments and boardroom space. The Receptionist is also responsible for such clerical duties as basic accounting procedures, typing, filing, mail / courier, photocopying and ordering of office and other supplies

A College Diploma or equivalent in Office Administration is beneficial and experience in the construction industry would be considered an assetExtensive administrative experience in an office environment may substitute for post-secondary education requirementsExperience and knowledge of a variety of software is beneficial including Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, Bamboo, Litmos and JD EdwardsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Black & McDonald Limited
