Receptionist

Job Overview:

 

The Receptionist position requires a strong background in office management as well as computer skills, office and the strongest customer service skills are required.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

Greets visitors and clients upon their arrival. Handles all incoming packages and prepares outgoing packages. Files and scans of various documents. Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail daily. Assists with payroll check distribution. Maintains professional appearance to reception area. Copies and logs cash receipts daily. Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintains working relationship with building staff.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Requires a minimum of two (2) years general of administrative experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows  

 

Physical Requirements:

 

Physical demands include Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, walking and occasional climbing. The employee is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time as well as talking on the phone for extended periods of time. Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends based on project requirements. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Schedule: Thursday-Monday: 9am-5pm | Tue & Wed: OFF Compensation: $21 hourly
