The Receptionist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides switchboard coverage at Enterprise Products Corporate office, ensuring calls are routed appropriately.Greets, checks-in and assist guestsMaintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactionsCoordinates scheduling of company conference rooms and Mothers' RoomsIssue parking validations for guestsIssue parking validations to employees and maintains parking logMonitors and maintains office supply inventory for HR departmentCompletes verbal employment verifications Demonstrates HR and company confidentialityCompletes various other administrative duties for the HR DepartmentPerforms other tasks as requested or assignedEnterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.Ability to interact with co-workers, customers, vendors and the public in a business-like and professional manner, both verbally and in writing is required.Attention to detail and accuracy are required.Ability to juggle competing priorities, multi-task and be flexible in a variety of workplace situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.Experience in a customer-oriented environment is preferred.The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
