The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
+ Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
+ Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
+ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
+ Provide general administrative support to various departments.
+ Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
+ Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting combined with an office. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
