Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic food company, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves administrative support, reception duties, and coordination of meetings and events to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documents accurately and on time.Manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are coordinated.Perform routine tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining files, and operating office equipment.Greet visitors courteously, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff.Manage phone systems, including training associates and maintaining extension directories.Schedule meeting rooms, organize materials, handle A/V setup, and ensure cleanliness.Arrange refreshments and support the coordination of plant events and training sessions.Maintain office supply inventory and oversee purchases as needed.Ensure bulletin boards are compliant with legal requirements.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; payroll administration experience preferred.Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science or a related field is desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.Must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $22/hour.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.Position Type: Temporary (March 24, 2025 – June 1, 2025).
