Boutique private equity firm is looking to hire a Temp Receptionist to support the team. This position will start February 3rd - early March 2025, Monday - Thursday in office. Hours 8am - 5pm, availability for OT as needed.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones (with particular attention to Partner's lines including the CEO)Assist with kitchen and office supply orderingGuest registrationBe comfortable with offering and providing refreshments to guestsConference room managementAssist with scheduling meetings using Microsoft OutlookBe familiar with Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in a reception/admin role in a corporate settingDegree preferredExperience with Microsoft Office including Teams and Zoom

Pay:

$27 - 35/hour pay rate DOE
