Overview The Guest Services Receptionist serves as a role model for service excellence and improves the guest experience by providing caring and compassionate customer service to our patients, guests, and staff. The Guest Services Receptionist are the initial point of contact at key entry points. This sets the tone for a remarkable guest experience. The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, guests, and coworkers providing information and way finding, communicating current hospital guidelines and policies, and ensuring guest oversight of assigned areas. The Guest Services Receptionist will maintain a welcoming and safe environment, provide immediate service recovery, and perform various clerical duties as assigned. The Guest Services Receptionist must have an ongoing comprehensive knowledge of hospital services and facility resources to ensure every guest has a remarkable experience. This is an essential role and will be required, especially during inclement weather, emergencies, and disasters.
