Job Description

The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and direct visitors by providing top customer service.Provide accurate information and promptly answer emails via dedicated team alias.Coordinate with team members to direct couriers and packages upon onsite arrival.Maintain visitor log and call record, provide security passes/badges, and perform typing, filing, or other simple clerical functions.Provide other administrative support as required, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.Essential SkillsExperience in Google SuiteVerbal and written communication skillsMulti-tasking and customer service skillsInterpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyAbility to keep information organized and confidentialPrevious experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Google SuiteAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in start-upsExperience in administrative support and office managementExperience in answering phones and filingWork Environment

Willing to work onsite in downtown Austin. The role involves working at the front desk and using Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
