Our Client, a Mortgage And Real Estate Services company, is looking for a Receptionist for their Santa Fe, NM location. Responsibilities:
+ Answering phones, Screen phone calls, administrating calls to the appropriate person.
+ Arrange courier deliveries
+ Handling mail
+ Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages
+ Place postage on mail for delivery
+ Maintaining the office
+ Keep the reception area clean, safe, and organized
+ Maintaining refreshments, coffee etc
+ Check office supply inventory, order new supplies, and distribute supplies
+ Providing administrative support
+ Answer questions from guests and employees
+ Provide administrative support to team members
+ Perform clerical tasks like faxing, photocopying, scanning
+ Perform data entry and filing tasks
