**We are looking for a receptionist to join the team at Pfizer in Brussels (La Plaine).**
**Job Summary**
The Receptionist reports into the Facilities Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day receptionist services based on the client site. Duties include inbound and outbound call, parking access, help desk ticket administration for facilities issues and other reception nd switchboard activity, mailing, and any other facility management service provided to the client.
Further responsibilities include client relationship engagement, reporting on a regular basis.
**Your main tasks:**
Provide a friendly welcome and professional support of customers, visitors, employees and external service providers
Accept and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails
Coordination of all mail correspondence and couriers (registration, distribution, preparation packages, etc.)
Issue and manage security badges and QHSE inductions
Access, parking and security management
Office administration and inventory
Adherence to good housekeeping standards in the warehouses; storage and manipulation of stored goods.
Order and care of office supplies
Represent the company professionally at all times
Provision of smaller services for the customer (organize taxi transfers and timetable information)
Turn on presentations on the plasma screen
Support administrative tasks as guided by the Facilities Team
Flexibility to cover shifts from colleagues in case of holiday or sick leave
Assistance with QHSE inspections
Assist performing office inspections; proactively report office improvements
Ensuring good cooperation with local craftsmen and the facility manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Tracking self provided work and requested work via Work order creation and assignment to responsible parties in agreement wit FC via Service Insight; closing WO upon completion
Evacuation helper in case of emergency
**Profile;**
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French/Flemish
High School Diploma. Minimum 3 years in professional experience in a comparable activity Proactively managing customer relationships.
Demonstrates excellent understanding of customer needs.
Exhibit key skills in customer service
Good listener and customer service attitude
Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
Excellent influencing skills
Good problem solving ability
Ability to influence a number of stakeholders with conflicting priorities and demands
