Receptionist - Inverness, Highland

Brook Street are recruiting a Receptionist for an Inverness based showroom. As front of house, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, both face to face and over the telephone, you are responsible for identifying their needs and ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate person.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for our customers and professionally representing the brandEnsuring the showroom is kept tidy and well presented at all times and that customers are looked afterContributing to a happy, positive working and team environmentAssisting with general administrative duties in the dealership with accuracy and attention to detailThis position will be primarily customer service orientated either face to face or via the telephone so the highest levels professionalism must be maintained at all times

Key Attributes and Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and a polite and helpful mannerConfident and enthusiastic with the ability to build rapport easily with a variety of customersA smart and professional appearanceConfidence to deal with complaints and issuesDiscrete with sensitive informationHas initiative and can self-manageProfessional telephone mannerComputer literate including office suite with a methodical and organised approach to work with attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar role would be an advantage
