Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

Manage and direct phone calls - includes answering calls, placing calls as requested, forwarding phones, taking messages and screening callsManage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mailSort, scan and organize invoicesOrganize and maintain cleanliness of common areasPrepare boardroom for meetingsRun errands as neededUpdate and maintain shared contact listUpdate and distribute employee telephone listAdministrative support to all departments as neededPerforms other duties as assigned by a Management/Supervisor. Qualifications

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.).Experience working in an office environment an asset.Crucial competencies include organizing, as well as prioritizing ability, attention to fine detail and accuracy, communication abilities, information and data management skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills.
