POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Receptionist will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. The Receptionist should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
This position is 100% on-site, Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
· First point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and building facilities direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Manage multiple phone line systems with a customer-first approach.
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Exercise initiative to ensure a clean orderly office environment including, but not limited to, stocking and ordering supplies and daily office organization of all common areas.
· Manage and coordinate shipping from the corporate office and multiple company sites around the country.
· This position requires discretion on all confidential related communication and documentation.
RequirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience as a receptionist a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Effectively communicate with team members, visitors, and stakeholders.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
· High School diploma/GED required.

Salary Description $22 to $24 per hour
