Description Receptionist We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80112, United States. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all phone-based communication, manage internal email correspondence, and maintain office supplies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle incoming calls and relay messages accurately • Manage internal communication through emails • Maintain an organized filing system • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked • Deliver messages promptly and accurately • Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for administrative tasks • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills • Maintain and manage a multi-line phone system.
