Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in a city in California, where we are in need of a Receptionist. This role is within the hospitality sector, where the selected candidate will interact with our clients and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities • Managing incoming calls through the multi-line phone system and directing them appropriately. • Maintaining a detail oriented and welcoming environment, greeting visitors upon arrival. • Ensuring efficient email correspondence and handling customer inquiries promptly. • Accepting and organizing mail/packages, ensuring they reach the correct recipients. • Utilizing customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all visitors. • Coordinating and scheduling appointments as per requirements. • Keeping files organized and updated for easy access. • Being reliable and punctual, ensuring smooth operations of the front desk. Requirements • Must be capable of answering a multi-line phone system efficiently and with detail orientation. • Exceptional customer service skills are required to ensure all visitors and callers experience a positive interaction. • Proficiency in email correspondence to communicate effectively with both team members and external contacts. • Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain detail-oriented relationships with colleagues and clients. • Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval and reference. • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings is required. • Open to candidates with varied years of experience, including those seeking their first role.
