Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the heart of Vienna, Virginia for a Receptionist. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales department, where your primary function will be to assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Provide supportive services to the sales department • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable • Assist in training new team members, ensuring they are comfortable and knowledgeable in their roles • Utilize your skills in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph to efficiently complete tasks • Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate with Sales Managers as required Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist role or similar position • Proficient in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph or equivalent software • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated expertise in customer service • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures • High school diploma or equivalent education level.
